Our Returns Promise
We want you to love every purchase from BeautyStream. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened:
- Fragrances and perfumes
- Skincare and body care products
- Makeup and cosmetics
- Hair care products
This does not affect your statutory rights. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement regardless of the above.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at finlay.bracc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
- Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.
Return Postage
Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items where stock allows. Please contact us to check availability before sending your return.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Your Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
